3) [12 marks] Assume we want to design a circuit for a vending machine that will deliver a can of pop when the user deposits \( \$ 4 \) (CDN). The external inputs to this circuit will be only be loonies (which are worth \( \$ 1-\mathrm{L} \) ) and toonies (which are worth \( \$ 2-\mathrm{T} \) ). Assume there no change given and there is only one coin slot so it is not possible to insert a loonie and toonie at the same time. The output (y) for this circuit will be a 1 when enough money has been inserted and the can of pop will be released. Use the Vending Machine Example from Module 5, Topic 1 (pp. 20-25) as an example, design and implement a sequential circuit to deliver a can of pop using D flip-flops. You need to show the State Diagram, State Table, K-maps and draw the sequential circuit.
