A seven-segment BCD decoder is a combinational circuit that converts a BCD decimal digit into an appropriate code for selecting segments of an indicator that displays the decimal digits in the usual way. The seven decoder outputs (a, b, c, d, e, f, g) select the corresponding segments of the indicator, as indicated in the following figure (a). The way to represent the decimal digits with the indicator is shown in the same figure (b). Design a seven-segment BCD decoder using the minimum of gates (in MAXTERMS). Entries 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 will never occur in the system (15 points).
