Please explain only part 'C' and how to calculate in layman's term. Thank you for your time! 

Main Statment: 
"Due to a manufacturing error, eight cans of regular soda were accidentally filled with diet soda and placed into a 36 pack. Suppose that two cans are randomly selected from the 36 pack". 

My Question of Difficulty: 
"Determine the probability that exactly one is diet and exactly one is regular".
