Chapter 3).

Although they have different definitions, the terms physical activity, exercise, and physical fitness are linked and frequently used interchangeably. 1). Physical exercise is any body motion that requires the expenditure of energy, such as walking, housework, gardening, and athletics. Physical exercise can be planned and deliberate (like going to the gym) or unplanned and accidental (like walking to work). Any form of exercise that causes an increase in your respiration, heart rate, or body temperature is thought to be healthy.
2). Exercise is a sort of physical activity that is repetitive, planned, and structured with the express intention of enhancing one or more facets of physical fitness. Exercise is frequently done to increase balance, strength, endurance, flexibility, or cardiovascular health. Jogging, weightlifting, yoga, or cycling are some exercises. Exercise can be classified as aerobic (which speeds up breathing and heart rate, like jogging or swimming) or anaerobic (which involves short bursts of high-intensity activity, like weightlifting or sprinting).

3). Fitness: Fitness is the capacity to engage in physical activity and exercise without experiencing excessive exhaustion and with enough energy to meet everyday responsibilities. A number of variables, including muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, body composition, and coordination, affect physical fitness. Regular exercise and physical activity might help you become more physically fit.
