While the design on the mechanical project was ongoing one of the subordinates suggested a design attribute that would enhance the performance of the machine. Upon careful observation and analysis the engineer included the new design feature in his design. When the design was given to the client the added feature stands out and he received appreciation for the improvised design. The engineer took the entire credit and did not mention the contribution of his subordinate. Develop the ethical rights and responsibilities of the Engineer in this case?
