Nowadays, with respect to the cellular products, you can basically highlight two groups of people: Android users and Apple users (of course, there is at least one more group of people that are stuck in the stone age). I would imagine that each one of you has a clear preference in terms of your smartphone. Imagine that another person tells you that “Android/Samsung/Sony phone are low-quality items” (if you are an Android user) or “iPhones are low quality products” (if you are an Apple user). How would you approach such statement from the perspective of a manager? Can both opinions be accurate at the same time and why?
