Complete an informed consent form using one of the provided informed consent form templates, located in Topic 3 resources. The completed assignment should be written in a clear and concise manner at the appropriate reading level for the participants and include: a debriefing from that explains the nature and true purpose of the study. an explanation of the potential risks and benefits of the experiment and they are clearly outlined for the participant. a list of the procedures to be followed and they are fully explained with an opportunity for participants to ask any questions. a statement of assurance that all data will remain private and confidential.
