Trying to change others won't get you out of the box though because the perception that others need to change is the core of the problem itself. Attempting to change others can backfire, as it may provoke the opposite reaction and lead to more reasons to stay in the box. Self-resolution requires introspection, from within, rather than looking for a solution externally. it is "self" deception after all.
