The following spreadsheet presents an assignment model structure for allocating three part time employees (Ali (A), Belal (B), and Clincy (C)) across three temporary jobs at a publishing house – (1) Formatting, (2) Printing, and (3) Binding. While all three employees are qualified to do the three jobs, they differ with respect to how much time they spend to complete each job.
