The company has requested you to advise on the following two steps (step 2 and step 3 ) of the public relations process: 1.1 Step 2: Determine the research objectives You are required to formulate four research objectives for Gary Rom Hairdressing as part of your advice to the company (provide research objectives in bullet points). [4 marks]. 1.2 Step 3: Conduct secondary research Gary Rom Hairdressing management has asked you to explain qualitative research and how to utilise the interview method.
